During my time at the company, I was part of the Information Technology Department, where I collaborated in technical support, software and hardware installation and maintenance, and the development of internal tools aimed at optimizing departmental processes.
Responsabilities:- Provided technical support to users for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installed, configured, and updated software and computer equipment.

About me
When I was a teenager I found love for computers, for that reason I studied Systems Engineering. For me programming is an opportunity to create things that can help others, that encouraged me to participate twice in Hackathon Nicaragua, a programming competition that brings together participants from all over the country, achieving second place.
